Victoria Ishimatsu won the women's 1-meter springboard final and Ryan Helms topped the men's field in the USA Diving Spring National Championships on Wednesday at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center. Unlike the 3- and 10-meter events, the 1-meter is not an Olympic event, but both divers will compete in the 3-meter event as well.
